Delivery Time & Methods
FurnitureYouWant.Com, Inc currently ship anywhere within the Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada at this time. All shipping time listed on FurnitureWonder.com are approximate and we always try to ship within time. We usually ship within 7 to 21 business days. However, sometimes the delivery takes longer. If this situation occurs you will be notified by our customer service representative. We will email you tracking number when your order is shipped. We generally use Federal Express to ship smaller items and Standard Ground Carrier for larger orders. You will be contacted by shipping company ahead of time to schedule a delivery. You will be able to check the status of your items by logging into the shipping company website and using the tracking number.
FurnitureYouWant.Com, Inc offers free curbside delivery, meaning the items will be delivered to your home, but not inside the home. It will be customer responsibility to bring the furniture inside the house. Shipping company WILL NOT carry items inside the house, unless that option is chosen by customer prior to shipping. The drivers are not insured to bring the items inside. The delivery does not include unpacking, set up, assemble, box removal. If you would like to choose the option of having items to be carried inside, items to be assemble, please inform us prior to delivery. Separate charges may apply. We strongly suggest for customer to be home at the time of the delivery, in order to inspect all items. If customer authorize a member of household or anyone else to accept the delivery on his/her behalf, that person will be responsible for inspecting items. Smaller products such as coffee tables, TV Stands will require an assembly by customers.
All items delivered by curbside delivery method can be switched to our White Glove delivery method. This method will require an additional charge. Amount of the additional charge depends on the items being purchased and viewed on case by case basis. With our White Glove delivery, delivery person will bring the items into customers house, unwrap the items and will put into designated spot. They will remove all packaging materials.
Delivery Acceptance Instructions & Damage Claim
All customers are required to sign Bill of Lading upon receiving the furniture. Please, inspect the items thoroughly for any damages, shortages, etc. before signing the bill of landing. In unlikely scenario of damaged items or shortage of items note the damage on the bill of landing. Inspect the items in a front of delivery person. If delivery person does not agree to stay for the inspection, please note it on the Bill of Landing when accepting delivery. Upon receiving the items, please, follow these easy steps:
Check all the boxes for damages. If there is any damage write the description of the damage on the freight bill. Call us immediately.

Do not accept items with damage. Accept all items that are not damaged.
We will not accept any items claimed to be damaged for refund or exchange if no records of damage are made with Delivery Company.
After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you replacement items. No damage claims will be allowed if the merchandise was accepted at the time of the delivery without notes of damage on the bill of landing. In the event of this occurring you will need to file claim directly with shipping company. Please, contact us within 24 hours if there is damage or any other problem with the item you received

- Returns & Replacements
FurnitureYouWant.Com, INC OFFERS - A 30 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASK RETURN POLICY!!!!! Any item purchased from us can be returned for a refund or exchange 30 days from the day you receive an item, with no questions asked. The refund amount of the item will be full purchase price less the original shipping fee and 10% restocking fee. If the item offered as FREE SHIPPING ITEM the delivery cost are included in the price of item and will be deducted upon return. Shipping Cost slip will be included with refund check to show the amount of shipping charge. Please allow 21 business days to issue a refund check from the day the item is delivered back to us and inspected. The return items must be in its original condition, undamaged and unassembled. No refunds will be issued if the item has been used. Some special orders may not be returned. Prior authorization must be arranged by e-mail. Even though we use only professional delivery and services there are accidents when some items arrive damaged. In unlikely scenario of damaged items or shortage items, please contact us within 72 hours and request a replacement. We will process your request and issue you a replacement part or item within 7 business days from the request day. Please, inspect all items while accepting the delivery. Write the damage on the Bill of Landing. Only items written on Bill of Landing will be replaced. Once the Bill of Landing is signed Furniture Wonder is no longer responsible for the damaged items. - Order & Cancellation
Within 24 hours of order, the customer will receive an email confirming the order. This email will also include confirmation number and any special notes in regards to the order, if applicable. The confirmation email will also, ask customer to confirm the delivery address and phone number. Please, reply with address and phone information as soon as possible. Late response to the confirmation email will result in postponement of shipment. FurnitureYouWant.Com, Inc protects there clients privacy and will not ship items, until address is confirm. If you have do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us. If you decide to cancel your order, please, contact us either by phone or email within 48 hours to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund for the cancellations made within 48 hours. The refund check will be processed within 7 business days. If the order was paid by credit card, please, allow us 15 business days to refund the money. The refund will be issued and credited to your credit card. If the order was paid by personal check, please allow us 15 business days to refund the money. If the order was cancelled after the items were ordered we will charge a 10% restocking fee. If the order was cancelled after the item was shipped, we will refund full amount less shipping and 10% restocking fee. For the items with a FREE SHIPPING label, actual shipping cost slip will be mailed with refund. Special Orders may not be cancelled. We send tracking numbers through our automated e-mail system. This will allow you to track your furniture to your door. You will usually receive a phone call for large items that ship via Truck to work out shipping details.
3. Just in case, what should I do if I find items damaged upon arrival?
Please, inspect all the packages in a front of the delivery person. Make sure to fill all the damage information on the freight bill. We will exchange any damaged item for a new one. Please note, we will not refund or exchange any damaged item, which has not been noted with the delivery company. Please, refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.
4. How long do I have to return the item?
You have 30 days - NO QUESTIONS ASK - to return the item in its original package and condition. We will fully refund you your cost for the item. Customer will be responsible for both inbound and outbound freights and any handling fees involved.

6. Will my item look exactly like the picture?
FurnitureYouWant.Com makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. 8. Will the furniture require assembly?
Most items require some assembly unless the product specifically states fully assembled. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer, an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers. Please email us if you want to check on specific items.
9. How will my furniture ship?
Common carrier truck deliveries are performed by a trucking company contracted by our suppliers. Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company, however it is not guaranteed. Inside delivery can be arranged, please call for details. For an additional fee we can arrange an inside delivery.
10. How long does it typically take for products to be delivered?
Delivery typically takes between 1 and 3 weeks. Although the delivery time on some products may be quicker or slower depending on the inventory and production cycles of the product's manufacturer and where the items need to be delivered to. Your customer service representative can give you an accurate estimate for individual items.
11. How do I know that my order has been received and that it is correct?
We will confirm your order by e-mail. Please carefully check that all of the information on the order is correct including shipping address, phone number, products ordered, quantities, and sizes of all of the items. If there are any errors, please notify us immediately.
12. What is curb-side delivery?
Curb-side delivery is performed to avoid any possible damage that may occur while unloading and moving the furniture from the delivery truck to your home. All of our furniture pieces are securely packed using foam, cardboard and shrink wrap as they travel directly from the factory. It would be very unfortunate, if the small trip between the delivery truck and your home, the furniture pieces are subjected to unnecessary damage. Curb-side delivery is highly beneficial for the consumer, as the consumer himself can take the effort and time to appropriately maneuver the furniture inside the home without any risk of a rushed delivery being performed by the freight delivery company.
- Sales Taxes
FurnitureYouWant.Com, Inc will charge 7% sales taxes for items that being delivered within state of Pennsylvania. We will not charge sales tax for items delivered in other states of continental United States.
